Happy Birthday, Uncle Brian!

Abby and I took a few pictures to wish Uncle Brian a Happy Birthday yesterday...she got a little fresh towards the end of the photo shoot, and ended up giving me the finger! I swear I didn't teach her that!

Abby is growing at a rapid rate--so fast that we don't know if we're going to be able to get her in all the beautiful clothes she has! So, we decided to have a little photo shoot with Abby in one of her Ohio State outfits. I *think* these are Daddy's favorite pictures so far!

Yankees vs. Phillies

On May 23rd, we finally got to see the NEW Yankee Stadium. Through a fotunate series of events, we were also able to invite my brother Brian and my dad to go along with us. We had a great trip, minus a little deer sighting on the way home, and the game was fantastic (because the Yankees won, of course!) Abby got to spend the day with Grandmom, and I don't know who was more excited! :)

Happy Mother's Day!

On May 10, I was THRILLED to celebrate my first Mother's Day with Mike and my little lady. The entire day was perfect--a yummy home cooked breakfast, thoughtful gifts, a picnic in the park, and a Sunday drive. Here are a few pictures from our day!

In the weeks following our beach trip, Abby (Mommy and Daddy) were blessed with visits from both Aunt Amanda and Uncle Rob, as well as Grandma and Grandpa Wojewodka! Below are a few pictures from their visit...

Abby's First Trip to the Beach

During the last weekend in April, the northeast experienced a heatwave that sent many people running to the beach, including us! Mike and I were looking for a nice place to walk around all day, and we were bored with our neighborhood, so we decided to hit the beach. We went to Wildwood, NJ and walked the three mile boardwalk. Abby did great--she really enjoyed the ocean air and was an angel the entire trip. Mike and I had to overcome the obstacles of how to change a baby while walking on a boardwalk with no changing station in sight, what to do if she's thirsty, not hungry, and making sure she was completely covered. Many lessons learned! :)

Just yesterday, Mike asked me if I had updated the Blog, and I can't believe it's been almost a month since I have! So sorry to everyone who's been looking for new pictures of Abby (let's face it, she's the main attraction!). We're had quite a few firsts and lots of big moments, all coming the following posts.
